Thawed chicken carcass (in our recipe we used only half), we wash it under running water. (It can also be chicken legs, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks or thighs). On a cutting board, cut the chicken into pieces of about the same size. Pour vegetable oil into the pan for heating. When it warms up optimally and begins to "hiss", we transfer pieces of chicken into the pan. Reduce the heat, fry the slices for 6-8 minutes.

In parallel, we will deal with previously thawed mushrooms. You can use any mushrooms (naturally - edible). Mushrooms on a cutting board are cut in the form of stripes. We shift the mushroom slices to chicken pieces.

We clean the vegetables. Grind carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion. We will also add chopped garlic to the dish. We shift the prepared vegetable slices into the pan to the ingredients.

Season the ingredients to taste with salt, season with your favorite spices. Continue to simmer the chicken for 5-6 minutes.
