I bought all the products for my menu in advance, so that I could certainly withstand the diet and avoid temptations.

For a snack and a mid-afternoon snack, I usually had a green apple, a couple of tangerines (or an orange), a grapefruit or a celery stalk. Naturally, not all at once, but in turn.)) I wanted to buy a pineapple, but a worthy copy did not meet on my way.

The first day

Breakfast. Buckwheat with kefir.

The night before, pour two tablespoons of buckwheat with a glass of kefir (200 ml). The next morning the dish is ready. Someone will say: “Muck!”, But I’m quite tasty.

Dinner. A salad of iceberg leaves, sliced ​​boiled turkey, cucumbers and herbs, seasoned with olive oil. If desired, you can add a little spice, because the dish turns out well, very fresh. On the other hand, it’s for the better - you won’t eat much.

Second day(protein)

I had a mixture of frozen vegetables with broccoli and cauliflower. Such a light soup. Chia seeds were added to it.

If you are really hungry or the shrimp was not at hand, you can replace them with quail eggs, in the amount of two or three pieces. Way out of diet

By and large, I did not have any particular way out of the diet. Just after three days, I didn’t pounce on food, like a victim. I continue to abstain from sweet and starchy foods (three glasses of wine at the meeting does not count)). I follow the drinking regime and try not to eat at night. I can make an exception in the form of apples and tangerines.

The three-day diet was relatively easy. Apparently, the body was already very tired of gluttony and longed for unloading. The most difficult thing was on the last fruit and vegetable day, when a huge amount of information fell upon my brain. Another difficulty was drinking tea without having something tasty to eat.

RESULT

But not him! Well, what result can you talk about in THREE DAYS when you have been lying on the couch for a month and ate, if not into yourself?

Seriously, I no longer unfasten the button under the sweater, and it became much easier for me to climb the stairs. And most importantly, I finally started to eat right. All that was needed was to resume home training and arrange fasting days.

I am glad that the general state of health is good, I feel lightness, although dizziness occurred periodically. But I have a pronounced meteorological dependence and low blood pressure, so such phenomena are not uncommon.

I do not observe any negative health effects from the diet. Rather, the opposite.

An interesting fact is that the first day of my diet (February 5) fell on the new moon. And you know what nutritional recommendations I read on the lunar calendar?
